SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Please keep in mind that I personally customize every wig so shipping timeframes may vary. Typically, orders are packed and shipped Tuesday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 10-12 business days when paid directly through the website. If your order is paid using our third party (ShopPay) shipping is 12-14 business days. Expedite shipping is an option, must be paid Via Cash App or Zelle, shipping is 5-7 business days. Please reach out to me via TEXT ONLY to 919-283-8501 to get payment info for expedited orders.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason.
